IBM Optical Transceivers target data centre interconnects with a range up to two kilometres. These transceivers demonstrate transmission and reception of high-speed data using four laser wavelengths, each operating as an independent 25Gbit/s optical channel. Based on a full transceiver design, these four channels can be wavelength multiplexed on-chip to provide 100Gbit/s aggregate bandwidth and support single mode fiber. These transceivers come with Duplex LC connector and are usable across 16 Gbps IEEE approved ports. Cozlink produces IBM Optical Transceivers that are considered advancement over present day data center interconnects providing connectivity over multi mode fibers. Cozlink Optical Transceivers meet industry set standards and are compatible with other brands such as Prolabs, HP, Juniper, Dell, etc.
